Much to the delight of our co-founders, their passion intersected with an opportunity to start Velosure a specialist bicycle insurance company. Since then our team continues to work tirelessly to get more people cycling, and to keep them cycling.

We love how Melanie is able to combine her legendary admin skills to make sales happen. She can remember her customers and bikes long after the new bike gloss has worn off.

A love for all the finer details, Etienne will share in your enthusiasm, especially when discussing insurance on your newly purchased, custom bike. A great sense of humour makes him an important part of our dynamic customer service team.

Julie is our customer service and claims expert, who makes sure that all of our customers receive exceptional service every time. She has experience across functions that include Sales, Claims and Customer Service.

Chloe, is an accomplished cyclist on and off-road. Her enthusiasm and passion for cycling make her a valuable addition to the team.
Stuart
Stu is the man we call for all the complicated and technical claims. With professional cycling background, he brings a wealth of cycling knowledge. Stu leads the Claims Team from the front of the peloton.
Danielle
Dani as she is affectionately known brings energy and passion to her Sales and Customer Service Team. She’s everyone’s biggest supporter and you can always count on her to drive backup on a group ride or if you need company on a quick lunch time spin.
