I was so impressed with the overall claims process but above all it was the service of received from Kieran, the agent assisting with my claim, that blew me away. He was so easy to talk to, knowledgeable (answering all of my naive questions), understanding of the situation, attentive and supportive throughout the process - thank you!

I have now insured my third bike with Velosure and I've been nothing but impressed with the service. The customer service has been great! I unfortunately had to make a claim after an altercation with an off lead dog, where the frame was broken, the claiming process with great! With my recent policy purchase, Jessica was brilliant, finding options for me to save money and get the best value! Highly recommended.

I had what I thought was an issue with my carbon rims after hitting a massive pot hole on an early morning ride and submitted a claim to Velosure. Stuart at Velosure requested a frame assesment due to the impact, which exposed significant issues as a result of the contact, and ultimately required a full "like for like" bike replacement, which Velosure came to the party with. They were always up front and honest in their dealings and at no point did I feel they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I have recommend them to all my riding buddies and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone who loves their bike.

I had the premium ebike insurance with Velosure for around 2 years from the time I purchased my new bike as they have a new for old policy if you maintain the policy without a break. My ebike was vandalised and lost parts in a bicycle cage believe or not 😳 I called Velosure after the police and I had an amazing kind friendly case manager from South Africa he made me feel at ease and stepped me through the process. Nothing was to much trouble for him he is certainly an asset to Velosure. My claim was settled in 8 days and now I am looking for a new ebike and for sure I will stay with Velosure for my insurance they made all the difference to a very stressful situation 😳 thank you Paul and Velosure

One of the best experiences I have had with insurance. The truth is I don't trust insurance much, but Velosure changed my perspective regarding insurance, and this is one of the best to insure a cycle. It is important to comply with all the steps and requirements that they mention on their website so that it is a 10 experience as it was for me.

I recently took out insurance on my two bikes, and Velosure offered me extremely competitive quotes with excellent customer service, in particular Melanie and Michael. I hope I never have any reason to call Velosure again , but if I do, I know that I will be greeted by friendly people who are able to have a laugh while doing serious paperwork. I highly recommend Velosure for their customer service and policy pricing. Thanks to Michael's calculations, I now know I am covered if I manage to write off (up to) 32 Ferraris at once while riding my bike, I can ride carefree!

Went through my first ever claim and velosure and my agent Louwrens have been absolutly amazing . Always keeping me posted on where things were at , answering within a day or two and settling my claim fairly and adequatly , the monthly premium is fair and their service impecable , highly recommand to any one looking for a proffesionnal insurance company that will look after you and make you feel like you matter.

Involved in a non-fault accident in Dec 2022. Velosure paid out $20k for bike in Jan 2023, recovered all the uninsured items and excess totalling $2.5k from the driver’s insurer for me, and reimbursed another $1k in medical expenses. I had one contact there who kept me up to date with the whole process. Couldn’t recommend Velosure more.

I initiated a claim in Nov-22 suspecting my carbon wheels were damaged after hitting a big unsealed section on the road. Louwrens had been really great and empathetic of my situation. He helped me in the claim process throughout and I received the claim in December. I am very satisfied with the company and the claim process.

My Canyon Grail CF SL eTap was stolen and I loved that bike so much, i was distraught and reported the theft to police and my building manager, and then applied for my claim with Velosure. To be honest, the only individual who was empathetic towards what happened was Chloe from Velosure claims team. I very much appreciate the professional prompt service provided during the claim process and walking me through each step. I highly recommend Velosure.

My claim was handled quickly and efficiently by Louwrens. They were very accommodating in any of my requests and prompt with the process.

My e-bike Cube 500 was stolen and I lodged the claim. In about one week Velosure offered a cash settlement that I accepted. I have to say that the service and the assistance provided by James of claim office have been good and professional. I will use Velosure for my new e-bike.

The personal interaction with Etienne proved to be both enjoyable and productive. Having experienced some frustration on line it was a delight to interact with someone knowledgeable and patient. Etienne gave me the information I needed in as simple a form as possible and answered my questions patiently and succinctly. He guided me through the insurance administration in such a way that I was not overwhelmed but understood the various elements of the insurance cover.The documents were emailed immediately and Etienne patiently checked each document as I downloaded it. This personal experience was rated 5 star and I intend to buy a second ebike which I will insure through Velosure based on my experience today.

When I saw the damage to my near new bike I was crushed. Yes, I had bought insurance but I didn’t have much faith that it would be repaired without a fight, and certainly not to new condition. Excellent coverage, service and very responsive (make sure you cover yourself for liability). I have had cover for almost three years and unfortunately due to damage had to make a claim recently. The claim process was thorough, the team (particularly Stuart) were excellent to deal with and very cooperative in reaching a solution to a complex problem (due to my bike and sourcing parts). I have researched the market and would highly recommend Velosure and instantly selected them again for my new bike!

After a recent accident that totalled both derailleurs, and in the process ruined my frame that I had custom painted in green and gold for the Tokyo Paralympics. The team at Velosure really went above and beyond to make sure my bike would be fixed and ready to go before heading away for the biggest race of my life. In just over a week they had organised for my bike to be stripped and sent interstate for repairs. Each week I had an email updating me of the progress and time frame of when to expect the bike back. I really couldn't have asked for better communication from Mark, each step of the way I felt like I had as much info as possible. The bike is now back and looking brand new again, but most importantly, ready for me to race. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome, highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to insure their bikes, especially if they are that little bit special like mine is.

I have used Velosure for years and have always had a very professional and helpful response when submitting a claim. Fantastic pricing and great coverage from racing to training and theft. After insuring a bike for nearly 8 years it was written off and I received a payout for the depreciated value which basically covered the insurance premium costs over those 8years. Its total piece of mind knowing your favourite bike is safe and covered for only dollars a week.

Extremely happy with my coverage. Unfortunately drove my bike in the garage roof in a pretty stupid momently. Velosure got the bike assessed, replaced and ready to go within a week. The process to claim was simple ans the contact was fantasic. I never had to chase them up. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend their coverage as i never thought id be silly enough to damage a bike this way.
