Making a claim
We understand that it can be very stressful if you need to make a claim. Our claims team will be there to help you with advice and assistance when you need it most.
In the event of a claim first you should:
1. Do what you can to prevent any further loss, damage or cost;
2. Report the incident or loss to the police if the event involves theft, attempted theft, malicious damage or impact;
