What information will I need to provide?

Depending on your claim, we may ask for:

• your policy number and a description of what happened, including the date, time and location
• the police report number (where applicable)
• proof of ownership, such as your receipt, serial number and the photos you supplied when taking out your policy
• photos of the damage and a repair or replacement quote from a bike shop
  details of the lock used, if your bike was stolen
